My coaching gives teachers the opportunity to speak with someone who understands both teaching and coaching. By being independent of the teacher’s organization, my coaching also helps preserve the time of veteran teachers and school administrators.

My model involves classical classroom pedagogy and modern coaching methods, mirroring the classical emphasis on virtue development and leisure. By focusing on each teacher's unique strengths, I am able to help them truly thrive in their profession by ensuring they find balance both inside and outside of the classroom.
